  • Received hero award from Director of Services for managing the Central Region while he was away on special project.

  • In 2011 received the Circle of Excellence award in Hawaii being top Tech Support Engineer.


Employment History

May 2016 to Nov 2017 Virtual On Line Center Engineer (VOLC) GE Surgery. In this position I provided Global Technical Support on the phone. I also provided Level 3 on site Support for CSO. And I taught classes.

  • 07/2014 to May 2016. Full Time Instructor for Surgery products.

  • 04/2004 To 07/2014. Virtual On Line Center Engineer (VOLC) GE Surgery. In this position I provided Global Technical Support on the phone. I also provided Level 3 on site Support for CSO. I also taught classes when needed.

  • 01/2007 To 09/2009. Team Leader Southern Team Central Region GE Surgery. There were 13 Team Members in this team. I managed their Matrix including PM, FMI and training etc.

  • 05/1999 To 04/2004. Regional Tech Support Specialist (RTSS) GE Surgery. In this position, I provided on site Level 2 Support for all GE surgery products Central Region, which had 35 Engineers.

  • 07/1991 To 05/1999. District Service Manager Gilbert X-ray Company Texas. Managed service and install of Radiology, Cath labs, CT equipment with a team of 15 Engineers. I also managed budget for Service and contract revenue.

  • 07/1987 To 07/1991. Assistant District Service Manager Gilbert X-ray Company Texas.

  • 11/1981 To 07/1987. Multi Vender X-Ray Field Service Engineer including Specialized in CATH LABS and OEC Carms. Gave Clinical Application training on R&F room and C-arms.
